🎵 What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing meditative practice where sound and vibration help quiet the mind, ease tension, and rebalance your energy. The sounds don’t just fill the room—you actually feel them resonate through your body, engaging your nervous system, slowing your heart rate, and melting away stress.
