For years, I struggled with my relationship with food and was constantly going back and forth to the GP. It wasn’t until I understood how to use food properly that things started to change. By adjusting what I was eating, I learnt how to support my body instead of working against it.


Now, I help others do the same.

For clients with a BMI over 35, I offer Hypno Gastric Band support after 12 weeks, once a good foundation is in place.


This uses CBH techniques to support mindset, portion control, and long-term behaviour change.

If you’re here, chances are sleep hasn’t been coming easy…

and when sleep is off, everything feels harder.


I understand that — not just professionally, but personally too.


There was a time where I was exhausted but still couldn’t switch off.

Falling asleep felt like a battle, and staying asleep even harder.

It wasn’t one quick fix — it was understanding how my mind and body were working, and gently changing the patterns that were keeping me stuck.


That’s now the work I do with others.


A bit about how I work


I’m a qualified Sleep Consultant, trained in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), and I also work within life coaching and behaviour change coaching.


What that means for you is this isn’t surface-level advice or generic sleep tips.


We look at the full picture — your thoughts, your habits, your lifestyle, your nervous system — and how they’re all interacting with your sleep.


CBH is an evidence-based approach that helps retrain the mind and body, so sleep becomes something natural again… not something you have to chase or force.


Alongside that, coaching supports the changes that actually stick in real life — not just for a week, but long-term.
