For years, I struggled with my relationship with food and was constantly going back and forth to the GP. It wasn’t until I understood how to use food properly that things started to change. By adjusting what I was eating, I learnt how to support my body instead of working against it.
Now, I help others do the same.

💡 Hypno Gastric Band (where appropriate)
For clients with a BMI over 35, I offer Hypno Gastric Band support after 12 weeks, once a good foundation is in place.
This uses CBH techniques to support mindset, portion control, and long-term behaviour change.

How to balance your meals
What your body actually needs
Why restriction doesn’t work long-term
How to make choices that feel sustainable
This is about giving you the knowledge and confidence to manage things yourself.

We also run a supportive online group for those who don’t need one-to-one sessions.
