Life can feel heavy at times… and no one should have to carry it alone. Our Support Circle is a gentle, welcoming space where you can breathe out, release, connect, and remember that you are supported.

Connection has powerful effects on the mind and body — it can reduce stress, soothe anxiety, improve mood, and help us feel grounded. When we share openly, when we’re witnessed without judgment, something inside us shifts. We let go. We soften. We heal.

Within our circle, guidance is often offered from the spiritual realm, through Liah’s intuitive connection and the collective energy of those who attend. Many gain insight, clarity, and personal connections that help them move forward with a little more confidence and peace.

And remember — what’s shared in the room stays in the room. Confidentiality sits firmly at the top of our priorities. Your privacy and emotional wellbeing are honoured at all times. Every person is respected, every story is held with care, and every voice matters.

This is a space of inclusion, compassion, and acceptance, because we truly believe that a problem shared is a problem halved. Whether you come to laugh, cry, release, reflect, or simply sit among gentle souls — you are welcome, exactly as you are.

Our circle is held by Liah — empathic, loving, highly intuitive, and deeply attuned to the emotional needs and spiritual experiences of others. She welcomes you into her safe space with warmth and humour, offering support for whatever life is throwing your way.
