At Andrea’s Healing & Wellbeing Centre, we do things a little differently. We believe healing is not just about one thing. It is about the mind, the body, the emotions, the energy you carry, the life you have lived and the support you receive whilst finding your way back to yourself.
Some people walk through our doors looking for practical support. Some are drawn to the spiritual side of healing. Others arrive simply exhausted, grieving, overwhelmed or feeling lost. However you find us, you will always be welcomed with warmth, honesty and compassion.
Many people also come to us for physical healing and support with their wellbeing, and over the years we have witnessed some truly incredible changes within people emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically.
We see people arrive carrying stress, chronic tension, exhaustion, burnout, poor sleep, pain and nervous systems that have been stuck in survival mode for far too long. Then slowly, and sometimes much quicker than expected, the body begins to respond.
Sleep improves.
Pain eases.
Energy returns.
Breathing calms.
Mobility improves.
Tension lifts.
People start feeling like themselves again.
The human body is incredibly powerful. When somebody finally feels safe, supported, emotionally lighter and properly heard, the body often begins doing what it was naturally designed to do — heal, repair and recover.
We combine both science and spirituality because we believe there is value in both. From Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), nutrition and menopause coaching, grief support and end-of-life companionship, through to Angelic Reiki, meditation, sound baths, mediumship and energy work, everything we offer is centred around helping you feel stronger, calmer and more connected within yourself.

What makes this place special is the people within it. Every therapist brings their own qualifications, experience, gifts and genuine care to the Centre. There is no ego here and no pressure. Just people who truly want to help others feel supported and understood.
For me personally, this was never simply a business idea or career path. My calling was given to me by the angels, and when that path first truly opened in front of me, it changed everything about my life.
At one point my husband gave me a choice — him or the calling I had been given. Well… he is no longer here, so I think that answers that one.
This path has cost me deeply at times, but it has also shown me purpose, strength, healing and connection in ways I cannot fully explain. I know wholeheartedly that this is the work I was meant to do. Not to save people or tell them how to live, but to sit beside them, guide them, support them and help them reconnect with themselves when life has knocked them off course.
As my own gifts strengthened and ascended whilst working closely with the angelic realm, I realised I could no longer work full-time inside the busy energy of the Centre itself. Constantly tuning into everybody around me whilst trying to work became emotionally and energetically exhausting. To give the very best of myself to my clients, I now work from a more remote and peaceful location. Working with those that need some extra care in their physical or emotional bodies.
The Centre itself continues to be filled with incredible practitioners whom I deeply respect and trust. They hold the space beautifully with their love, qualifications, guidance and healing gifts, so there is always somebody there to support you.
I still spend a great deal of time at the Centre though — chatting to clients, teaching workshops, shifting and lifting the energy within the building, and making sure the environment stays calm, welcoming and high vibrational for everyone who walks through the door.
Alongside the healing work, I am also the person behind the scenes doing the administration, Mentoring, accounts, operational, organisation, planning, compliance work and the day-to-day running of the Centre. Like many small business owners, there is far more happening in the background than people often realise, but keeping everything running efficiently, ethically and legally means our therapists and clients can feel safe, supported and cared for.
We also believe strongly that healing should never feel forced or sales-driven. There is no upselling here. We honestly believe people find us when the time is right, and more importantly, we believe you know your own body and mind better than anybody else ever could.
Sometimes people come for one session and that is enough. Sometimes they stay for years as part of our extended community and wellbeing. Both are absolutely fine with us.
There will always be a brew waiting, a warm welcome, plenty of laughter and a space where you can simply be yourself without judgement.
The work we do can be deeply powerful, especially when working alongside the angelic realm, but it is always done with you and for you — never taking your power away from you.
